Meet The Band
Steven Johnson (Drummer)
I am Steven Johnson, I’m 24 yeas old, and I am the drummer for Louis Picasso and The Gallery. I am currently a student at Eastern Michigan University studying Product Development and Design. I started playing the drums at the age of 2 at my home church in Detroit and have been playing in Louis’ band for 3 years. I love music because it has always been apart of me and I've been close to it all my life. Playing the drums allows my mind, body, and soul to be free. I believe this was a gift from God and I will forever play to his glory.

Alongside them he opened up for various artists such as Big Sean, Pusha-T, T.I. , Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz, and eventually began hosting his own events and working as a solo DJ. In 2015, he was picked up by high school friends and artists Ayo and Teo as their official DJ and traveled with them across the country. Doing shows for major sponsors Red Bull and The Fresh Empire. After finishing a school tour the three parted ways musically but still remain good friends and continue performing together from time to time.
Shortly after he was introduced to Louis Picasso (Ypsilanti, MI) and the two immediately clicked and began performing multiple shows with “The Gallery”. After doing various local festivals Louis and The Gallery were selected to perform on a traveling tour with the RAW promotion company and are currently on an international tour.
